  • Program cancellations and requests for refunds must be made by completing and submitting the “Cancellation Request Form” and emailed to vince@italyabroadprogram.com.

  • Refunds and cost liability are determined based on the date when written cancellation notice is received from the student.

  • April 1, 2026: student is responsible for 25% of program fee.

  • May 1, 2026: student is responsible for 50% of program fee.

  • June 12, 2026: student is responsible for 75% of program fee.

  • June 28, 2026: student is responsible for entire program fee.

  • If student withdraws on program start date or during the program: student is responsible for 100% of program fee.

  • Failure to attend does not constitute official cancellation.
