A Closer Look

Arrival and Departure Procedure:
Arrival - Students will arrive in Florence on Sunday July 12 and check into their apartments. The following morning IAP will hold a student orientation and class will begin.
Departure - Students are expected to check out on Saturday August 2 at 10am from their apartments.

Students will be placed in fully furnished, centrally located apartments. Each apartment varies in shape and size and has two to four bedrooms. Each bedroom will hold two students and on occasion even three students. Each apartment has wifi, air conditioning and is located in the historic core of Florence.

Each program will have a welcome and farewell dinner. The rest of the meals are not provided. Student will have easy access to various restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and fast food options.

Florence has numerous pharmacies with the pharmacy of Santa Maria Novella train station being open for 24 hours.
