Practice yoga and meditation, bathe in thermal waters and hot springs, eat at organic farms and visit island wineries in this immersive, island experience. Arrival - when students land in Naples Capodichino airport it is mandatory to meet with IAP staff. As a group, students will be shuttled to their hotel in Sorrento where the group will spend the first three nights. One the fourth day, students will take the ferry to Ischia for the remainder of the program. Transportation is provided from Naples airport to hotel in Sorrento and from Sorrento hotel to the hotel in Ischia.
Departure - students will take the ferry to Naples as a group and check into a hotel on the very last day. The program concludes the following morning.

Students are placed in 3-star, centrally located hotels in double and triple room occupancy. Hotels will provide daily breakfast and offer free wifi and air conditioning.

Program Highlights:
Thermal baths, hiking and yoga.
Cooking class, pasta and mozzarella factories, and boat tour of Ischia.
Excursions: Capri, Procida, Sorrento, Pompei, Amalfi & Positano.

Daily breakfast is provided along with numerous other group lunches and dinners. When a meal is not provided, students enjoy many different options in the vicinity of the hotel.

Numerous pharmacies are accessible to students around the hotel. IAP staff is present and ready to assist for any situation. Relevant information will be distributed at pre-departure and on-site orientations.
